Most business owners recognize that their business is the "goose that lays the golden eggs". Therefore, reinvesting in the business makes a lot of sense. Sometimes you reinvest in the business because you have to, other times its because you want to. It's important to know the difference. It's also important to be aware that if you over invest in your business you might not have enough cash flow to meet your personal objectives including building some assets outside of the business.
